Playboy piercing

OBJECTIVE: Promote Karina Bacchi edition of Playboy magazine.

IDEA: Karina Bacchi is a Brazilian actress famously known for having a genital piercing. We used the magazine clip, usually overlooked by readers and advertisers, as the hero (or centrepiece) of our ad, as a nod to that.
